HEAT EXHAUSTION
Heat Exhaustion is a serious condition that left untreated, can lead to Heat Stroke, which is potentially life threating. Commonly caused by being in direct sunlight for long periods, or playing/working in hot weather conditions.
The most common signs and symptoms include:
⦁ Dizziness
⦁ Confusion
⦁ Fainting.
⦁ Fatigue.
⦁ Headache.
⦁ Muscle or Abdominal Cramps.
⦁ Nausea, Vomiting, or Diarrhea
⦁ Dark-colored Urine (a sign of dehydration)

If you, or anyone else, has symptoms of heat exhaustion, it's essential to immediately get out of the heat and rest, preferably in an air-conditioned room. If you can't get inside, try to find the nearest cool and shady place.
Other recommended strategies
⦁ Drink plenty of fluid (avoid caffeine and alcohol).
⦁ Remove any tight or unnecessary clothing.
⦁ Take a cool shower, bath, or sponge bath.
⦁ Apply other cooling measures such as fans or ice towels.
In most people, symptoms of heat exhaustion will start to improve within 30 minutes. However, if symptoms do not improve after 30–60 minutes, seek medical attention.
