Manzanillo airport, one of the most beautiful airports in the world lies between a long and secluded white sand beach and tropical groves of bananas and coconut palms.  There are a number of international air carriers here that can provide good access for Canadian and American visitors desiring to come to Costa Alegre.  The small terminal has a restaurant bar, snack bar and gift shops, as well as car rental agencies, taxis, an ATM and a Money Exchange.  Although called the Manzanillo airport, it is actually 36km away from El Centro, halfway between Manzanillo and Barra de Navidad, and 5km S.W. off Mex-200 highway in the state of Colima.
